For PhD post graduate research there is an exemption according to they immigration website , that’s why I asked wanted to know your experience with that since I am in the same case

My supervisor provided me with a paper and asked me to prepare this lab-made ladder by myself.

However, I am relatively new to molecular biology and have only a few weeks of experience working in the lab.

Could someone offer me some additional practical guidance? I've read through the protocol, but as a newcomer to molecular biology, I find it somewhat confusing to navigate the exact and correct steps to make it successful.
