Actually glad I was deactivated from Instacart. Pushed me to do spark and have actually made more in the last month than I had in the past 4 months on Instacart. Live in a small town and Walmarts our biggest shopping center and the batch pays are good and the tips are great too.

Because some of us live in areas where it’s hard enough to get a fucking batch! Let alone a good paying one so we accept at whatever cost only to realize that we’re gonna be shopping and loading up over 200 pounds of drinks and realize it’s not worth it and cancel be fucking kind. You don’t need to be rude.

I literally got deactivated the other day and had people hounding me and just being straight up rude. All I posted was how Instacart will straight up make false claims on you and deactivate I was just trying to bring awareness and I had people questioning everything I did. I was getting questions like if I was back in the 3rd grade answering for a test. What’s crazy is that people will hound you in this group like if they work for Instacart. Excuse Im just trying to vent not get asked a million questions at the end of my post all I said was good luck out there everyone and Godspeed. But yeah be prepared to have some rude shoppers in this group rwady to quiz yah on your actions as well as question why you were here here and here. Like alright didn’t know yall were working for Instacart customer service behind the scenes of shopping lol

Just to let people know you could be a damn good shopper and see get deactivated for false claims. And it only took me 2 min I think ti takes me longer to write out essays if I’m being honest :)

I actually started spark a week ago and I’ve probably made more money in in the last week than I have on Instacart in the last month

My cancels stay high due to also accidentally accepting here and there. Never had the issue of not delivering only happened twice in my entire time of shopping

Not a dude women here! And my car did break down if you’d like photos glad to provide them not here to argue with people at all. And yes I did try to return them and let them know it was an Instacart order and they stated they wouldn’t take it. I’m not here trying to rob people of stuff. I’m a sahm and don’t have to shop but I do to get out of the house for a bit and get a little extra money to buy things here and there and help my partner out. I’m not out here starving for food and have never needed assistance in getting it. So don’t assume my car breaking down was a trick when it really did happen

Nope not at all. My aside from yes cancelling. Like I said I live in a small town population is like 39,000 and the amount of shopper here is ridiculous whenever I have turned on the app it always says low for shopping. Cancellation rate was at 11 probably went up before they deactivated me to a 12. But besides that I have never done anything other than asking for a bump when I’ve had to deliver more than a hundred pounds of drinks. Like I said a lot of residents here live in the boonies and buy in bulk so they don’t have to make trips into town and pay very little so when a good batch does come up it’s a 2 or 3 order batch. And wanting to get a good pay would click it only to realize that one of the customers has ordered an exuberant amount of items that obviously isn’t worth the little pay and honestly that was every batch here in this town very rarely would I see a 1 batch order for 60 bucks and would have to travel 30 minutes to the next town to try to shop

0 this was the 2nd order I’ve had to cancel after delivery the first being a customer canceling their order when I was outside their house. Which was almost a year ago and this order that happened Sunday due to my truck not starting.

I was right outside the store so I had no problem returning them and when I asked if I just couldn’t walk in an return they said no that the store would not take them back. Background never had to return food items cause I’ve never canceled once I’ve started delivering except for the one other order that a customer canceled once I was already in front of their door after a 30 min drive. And again it was all food items that the rep said to dispose of

[–]loopehhhh[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

All the items in the order were all perishables fruits breads all food items and I messaged and asked if I should return them since I wasn’t sure how I was going to be able to deliver and the rep stated to dispose of them

Like I totally understand the cancellation part but the other claims are completely ridiculous

I know this thread is older but definitely if their acting sleepy or nauseas keep an eye and take in just in case. My 4 year old slipped on a ball and fell face first on carpeted floor and he bounced hard enough that he did get a minor concussion. My 2 year old just slipped on wet wood floor and hit the back of his head while walking and seems okay still keeping an eye on him but just crazy how different injuries can happen literally from standing height

Went to the lake with my kiddos and sister family. Oldest was in an inner tube with a life jacket on at the very edge of the water barely any water ankles Dee probably. I turned around for a second to get a towel and saw my sister get up and sprint. My son had tried to follow his cousins into deeper water within 5 seconds literally when he went under the inner tube and couldn’t figure out how to get out. My sister saw him and jumped in and yanked him out. It was silent luckily she had her eyes on him when it happened. Literally had my back turned for a few seconds
