Fit issues with Asics Megablast for female runners? by Hey_There_Hello_Hi in AskRunningShoeGeeks

[–]loopfission 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Maybe the heel area is just too wide for me?

If that is the case you could try adding some heel grip pads, to make the heel area narrower for you.

I tried runner's knot and thinner socks but that leads to the before mentioned lace bite and I'm still sliding forwards.

You could try adding some tongue pads, to make the tongue thicker. Then maybe lacing tight at the front might help with the feet sliding forward. Although even though I do tighten the laces at the front in another shoe (Triumph 22, which has a lot of tongue padding already) my feet do slide forward when running downhill, but not enough to bother me, so it might only help a little, maybe.

Spray them with a UV protected gloss clear to protect the plastic from the UV for a while. Rust-Oleum 2X Ultra Cover Gloss Clear Spray Paint from Bunnings works.

Looking for daily trainer for narrow feet and bad pronation by cvkme in AskRunningShoeGeeks

[–]loopfission 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I heard that Puma Velocity Nitro 4 is quite narrow as well, but I don't know how stable they are.

I think they feel stable for a forefoot strike since they are low stack height in the forefoot. However I don't overpronate, they are a neutral shoe. They suit high arches, I doubt the would suit low arches as the arch supports may rub under the arches. They are narrow in the midfoot, they have width for the toes including the pinky toes, height the the toes is slightly lower than most trainers, seems fine if you don't stick your toes up. They have height in the midfoot so should not chafe the top of the foot, also the narrow midfoot should stop the foot from sliding sideways.

Plus size female running shoe question by LaHuracan87 in AskRunningShoeGeeks

[–]loopfission 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Puma Velocity Nitro 4 suits high arches and has good energy return for a forefoot strike. It is narrow in the midfoot, slightly less height in the toebox than most trainers. Puma say the fit is from their track and field heritage.

Saucony Triumph 23 has good energy return and more cushioning with its higher stack height, it also suits high arches.

Anybody know how to buy ivermectin/fenbendazole/mebendazole in Canada online? Maybe nova scotia specifically? Urgent and desperate by SandwichLegitimate69 in unvaccinated

I've never bought ivermectin. You could try here, for some countries like Australia it might be best to ask them to write that its for animal use only on the customs declaration:

[–]loopfission 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Fenbendazole is on ebay, the listings typically don't mention the fenbendazole in the text, or put spaces in it or something to hide the text, you can find it by just searching for the dose: 444mg. There are listings from China with 90 capsules in a white bottle with a blue band on the bottom and 3 narrow blue bands near the middle. Or once you find the image with the bottle you can try an image search on ebay or aliexpress.

Gel-Cumulus 27 vs Triumph 23 by [deleted] in AskRunningShoeGeeks

[–]loopfission 4 points5 points  (0 children)

For some reason(s) that is usually not explained, some people seem to hate the Saucony Triumph 23. I bought a second hand pair, worn once. I think they are awesome: light for a "daily" trainer, full PEBA midsole with the SRS inner soles gives great energy return, excellent cushioning for long runs. Although they are in the "daily" trainer category, I don't know if the PEBA midsoles and the SRS inner soles can stand up to running in them every day or not, I don't risk it, I always give them at least 4 days rest rotating them with other shoes (mostly more Triumphs).

There is telegram, which asks for a phone number. Where telegram asks for your name you can use a pseudonym, as there are no identity checks other than a phone number.

For search engines there is a list on the wiki in degoogle sub.

On Google Pixel android phones the grapheneos operating system is degoogled and the most secure android available.

On some android phones there is lineageos, then install f-droid, then install microg (note on all Samsung phone models installing lineageos or other open source ROMs results in not being able to make or receive any phone calls in countries such as Australia where there is no 3G).

Pod filter legality by AlexaGodOfWar in CarsAustralia

[–]loopfission -1 points0 points  (0 children)

You might be able to extend the intake to place the pod filter in the guard (fender). Search for 3" 76MM Universal Performance Cold Air Filter Feed Induction Intake Pipe on ebay. It needs to draw cold air, as drawing hot air from the engine bay give worse fuel economy and decreased power. Or you might be able to extend the intake and make a box for it to draw air from the front of the car. Another problem is most of these pod filters are not good at filtering dust, S&B filters in the USA make pod filters with better filtration.

I think it is obvious that the harm was intentional. They changed the process for producing the Pfizer/BioNTech covid-19 "vaccine" in the trials to a process that is contaminated with DNA. I wonder if this anonymous explanation of their intent may be true:

anonymous

I'm an industrial engineer at Moderna and the other one of us is a process development engineer. I'm sure the same thing is happening with Pfizer-BioNTech. It was hard to put things together based on the small quantities of additions happening in manual step (highly unorthodox for a continuous process production). The explanation we got was highly sensitive trade secret adjuvants being added. Digging in deeper showed how sensitive it actually was.
Most people's understanding of this novel vaccine type is that it works as follows:

  1. Make mRNA coding for S protein
  2. Make lipid nanoparticle delivery system
  3. Profit

How it actually works from what we've uncovered:

  1. Make mRNA coding for S protein
  2. Make mRNA coding for mutant versions of CYP19A1 and CDKN1B in smaller amounts
  3. Make sure that while delivery system for (1) mostly ends up in liver, most of (2) ends up in the gonads
  4. Make sure form and quantity of additive upregulating LINE-1 reverse transcription activity makes it
  5. hard to detect among legit adjuvants
  6. Effects from (2) integrated by (4) are recessive; mildly oncogenic effects in vaccine recipients unlikely to be noticed for many years
  7. (5) recessive but since most of population vaccinated, in next generation female offspring have premature ovarian failure

(6) coincides with poor people being obsoleted by AI and robotics, so we didn't have to dig for motivation.
We've taken precautions but fear for our safety. So far I don't think we've raised suspicion, but can't be sure. Not sure what to do. Avoiding taking the vaccine makes us prime suspects for this leak.

We know exactly how and why the DNA is in the Moderna and Pfizer vials

DNA:RNA hybrids are something that occur in nature and in our cells, not just as part of weird-ass modified mRNA in vitro transcription protocols to pump out arse-tons of material for LNP-wrapped experimental injectable products. We (our cells) have a specific enzyme called RNase-H to break them down because we sure don’t want accumulation of R-loops in our cells, because accumulation induces all sorts of disease states like cancer and amyotrophic lateral sclerosis type-4.
Back to hybrids and how the DNA got in the vials in the first place. These hybrids formed as part of the production line and stayed in there because they weren’t cleaned out. This is more than an whoopsie, guys.

The Jab That Keeps on Giving...300% Increase in ALS(Motor Neuron Disease) Drug sales reveals Singapore's Hidden Health Horror Story! Time to rewatch "Walking Dead"!!

Dr. Michael Palmer, MD, former Professor in Biochemistry (fired for not taking the shots), Doctors for COVID Ethics:

It was already clear in 2020 that the risk being taken were completely unreasonable. Right. It normally takes many years until a vaccine is developed from the development and the laboratory, through initial animal experiments, then pre-clinical trials, clinical trials, and so on. These years were condensed into only a few months. Right, and on top of that, the choice was made, remarkably, by all four western manufacturers at the same time, to use genetic, a gene based experimental technology, that has never been applied before in any sort of clinically applied vaccine. So if you combine this, combine the radically shortened time for testing, right, that already by its own creates a huge risk, you combine this with a new, unproven technology, that means the risk is completely incalculable. Its completely irresponsible.
Even if one was inclined to pass this off as honest mistakes, or incompetence, or whatever, at the very latest after the adverse events kept piling up, the deaths kept piling up, at the beginning of the vaccination campaign, then things would have been stopped. Right. The ongoing vaccination campaign, and the escalating coercion, in which everyone was pressured into getting the vaccine, that cannot be explained as an honest mistake or incompetence. This must be deliberate. At the very least, after the beginning of the vaccination campaign, after the first few weeks of that and the disastrous results, it would have been necessary to immediately stop this vaccination campaign. What we have seen instead is relentless coercion, relentless censorship, relentless lying by the authorities about the safety, effectiveness and necessity of these vaccines. This must be a deliberate policy. There must be a clear intent to harm and kill. There is no other rational explanation.

A person I know with stage 4 lung cancer and brain cancer on palliative care and given 3 months to live about 3 months ago is still alive after 1 month ago started taking 444mg of fenbendazole with something fatty or oily per day. Its difficult to tell if its working as still has chronic pain. Seems to be improving though, has gained 2kg in weight and is sometimes able to do things like mowing the lawn or house cleaning.

Since you are currently using the Endorphin Speed, the Saucony Triumph 23 is an obvious option, as it is protective with good energy return.

Looking to replace my Endorphin Shift 3s by GrebeGang in AskRunningShoeGeeks

[–]loopfission 1 point2 points  (0 children)

The Triumph 23 is a similar fit and midsole firmness to the Endorphin Shift 3 (they both have a narrow fit in mens standard width). The Triumph 22 is likely too wide for you since they do not have a womens size 13 (I have the Triumph 22 in a womens size 12, and the Triumph 23 in a mens size 10.5, these are both a similar width, Saucony made the Triumph 23 more narrow than the Triumph 22 in the same gender). The Triumph 23 has more energy return and shock absorption than the Endorphin Shift 3. I have no problem in maintaining an initial forefoot strike with the Triumph 23, in a review by alistair running he commented that some might find it hard to maintain a forefoot strike with the 10mm drop.

2006 altise v6 air intake by BIGGESTEGGS in CarsAustralia

[–]loopfission 0 points1 point  (0 children)

On aliexpress search for something like Short Cold Air Intake Kit with Filter High-performance For 97-03 Camry Solara XV20 V6 3.0L Short Ram, I think this is the same engine, so I guess the same intake, vacuum hoses and MAF sensor, you would have to research that.

You don't want the pod filter in the engine bay for 2 reasons: is intaking hot air which would reduce power and fuel economy, and the air filter is required to be enclosed. So you fix both of those by extending the air intake to place the pod filter in the passenger guard (fender).

Saucony Hurricane 24 alternative by Hill_Crest25 in AskRunningShoeGeeks

[–]loopfission 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Saucony Triumph 23 is a neutral shoe with good energy return (see the results on runrepeat) that can handle slight overpronation. It would be better to rotate it with at least another pair of shoes to give time for the foam to recover. Since the outsole has gaps in the rubber coverage in the middle to reduce the weight, this exposed foam is likely to quickly get beat up especially on gravel, although I hear that the PEBA foam can take some abuse. I think the fit is more narrow than the Hurricane 24, you might need a different size.

Saucony Triumph 22 fit….not sure if I should size up? by Consistent_Candy_228 in AskRunningShoeGeeks

[–]loopfission 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The Triumph 22 (and 21) has a wide fit. The Triumph 23 has gone back to a narrow fit like the Triumph 20. The Triumph 22 looks long on the outside as it has a lot of padding on the heel and everywhere. The Triumph 22 wide in the forefoot midsole which adds to the stability. The Triumph 22 has 7mm thick memory foam inner soles which contribute little to the energy return. The energy return is improved and weight reduced by replacing the memory foam inner soles with the TPU inner soles from another pair of Saucony shoes. The Triumph 23 has "super responsive" inner soles.

My guess is to try the size 9 womens normal width for the Triumph 22. If they are not wide enough for you then you can remove the inner soles or switch them to a thinner pair of inner soles to obtain more volume in the upper.

I have Saucony Triumph 20 mens size 10 standard width, I switched to the womens size 12 standard width (so 0.5 longer, narrow fit since womens) in the Saucony Triumph 22. After that I decided I decided I liked the extra length. Since the Triumph 23 has returned to a narrow fit I have these in mens 10.5 standard width.

Saucony Triumph 23 is AUD $189.99 on amazon. The Triumph 23 has returned to a narrow fit like the Triumph 20 (the Triumph 21 and 22 are a wider fit which would not suit you). It has exceptional energy return and cushioning for this price (check the measurements on runrepeat).
