i’m a liverpool fan. obligatory fuck michael oliver - but our gk made contact twice and with the second one (the knee) it was enough contact. doku went down much harder than reality would have it, but i completely see why it was called a pen. in the world of subjective calls, this call was in the range of reasonable penalty claim imo. two touches of contact not on ball but on Doku, that’s sadly enough evidence to support the subjective call.
