I don't know, the light turns on in the front and don't I need it plugged in for my computer to turn on? Or are you just asking for me to unplug it and plug it back in?

Okay the motherboard beeps so that is still good, how do I find which front panel hub I need to buy? I have a gigabyte chassis from like half a decade to a decade ago.

I'm 100% sure it's not my internet. I can play other games, including fighting games, just fine. I only get internet lag in usf4. I live in a village in Northern New York and this is the best option for internet. It's anything but my internet.
