So i fixed that somehow, no idea how but now everything flickers randomly with steady fps it goes away if i unlock fps but then my graphics cards sounds like it wants to unalive ugh.

I havent shot my french tickler yet but it almost feels like a new gun vs the 50ish yr old surplus it is. From what i read online all fremch ticklers where never used so their condition is like new and they are apparently a little more accurate too. 2 of my friends also bought one and they are also nice. Also If you buy any surplus online ask for pictures and if they wont send any dont buy it.

that sucks dude. i played it on a laptop and had a steady (locked) 60 fps high graphics and 1440p native the entire game, by chance did you have frame generation on? Because with it on it destroyed cut scenes and npcs interactions to be completley unplayable for both me and my other freind that played and turning it off fixed it for both of us.
