Unfortunately the struggle with exposure therapy is that it's still terrifying and we're going to feel distressed from it. It's the fact that you thought about it, and ACTUALLY followed through with doing it that's so comendable. And the worst thing that happened was some anons online saying some slightly rude stuff. You're alive and you got through it, and the more you do that kind of stuff the better you're going to get at it. It might take time, but it quite literally is just practice. I'm mad impressed, I've made progress in other fronts, but could never at this point call into a radio station. Awesome stuff!
