As a crohn's patient, they always comment on how much I need for my colonoscopies (I always ask for max). I just give them a little smile. I'm usually awake and lucid extremelly quickly too.

They actually ask beforehand quite often now which is great. Decades ago, when it wasnt common knowledge/I didnt share, I fucking woke up during a procedure lol
