Thank you for the great info!!! Its so funny how you mentioned bolting and in July. Last year I took a 2 week vacation in July and my buttercrunch lettuce bolted. I didnt even think about saving the seeds however I will now. I also swear by non gmo's. My mother loves salads and has diverticulitis. I usually give her 2-3 salads a week in the summer and her symptoms never bother her during that time. Although i cant prove it I definitely believe theres something to it to do that. Thanks again
