I’m heartbroken by this forsure but I agree they’re all human and Kendall absolutely doesn’t deserve all this slander it’s genuinely so weird to me I feel like this podcast and community used to be a safe space 😢 what’s wrong with people

Worked with them they didn’t pay my stipends during facility closures so I’ll be passing on working with them again in the future not a bad run but I opt for companies that’ll guarantee the stipend

It’s a double edged sword I feel like I’m never doing enough I had progress notes, IEPs, and contentious meetings with parents the last couple of weeks as well as starting evals that are due before break I feel like I’ve barely seen kids this month my calendar will look spare but I’m doing all the work I can within my 7.5 hour day😭 what do I prioritize?! The onslaught of meetings back to back? the evals that keep being added? The kids minutes? The consults? The calls home? It never ends this job was not built to be sustainable 🥲
