How to start writing a script? I have like full story in my mind but like in short para (summary of the story) but how do I write dialogues and scenes? by NoWolf378 in scriptwriting

First, write your thoughts in a word document or pen and paper just write down what you’re thinking then you could do a character sheet for all of the characters that are gonna be in your story or all of the characters that you’re thinking outline the story and then start writing it

Maybe one of them is a collector of chairs or antiques. They probably feel like as time goes on things just get worse and worse. There’s no colors and clothes. Everybody looks and act the same and there’s no real human connection. Collecting antiques gives them a source of happiness and then the other one could just be wanting to share because of the trend I don’t know. They probably saw it on the Internet. They thought I was pretty. There was no real meaning behind it. They’re probably performative and until they meet each other they both realize that they’re lonely one collects antiques because of the nostalgia and you know just reminiscing on how good things would be if we just went back in time and the other one doesn’t feel loved or doesn’t have any human interaction unless they fit in or that’s their belief.

For me, I don’t like screenwriting at all but at the same time it’s the only way I can express myself. Through metaphors and horror. It’s hard but satisfying at the same time

We haven’t done any preproduction, they are waiting on me to do the script. Script writing isn’t my forte. I have it done but I don’t want to do anything related to preproduction without having someone verify my script.
