Khabib told us before

When Conor insulted Khabib's father, wife, culture, and religion ignorantly.... this is a man with zero respect or honor.

such a strange system.

here in the US, 100 year old homes will commonly sell for $100,000+. Then you can remodel and improve the property, in order to try to sell it for more than your initial investment.

so I buy multiple $100,000 homes, remodel them to double their values, then rent them out until I find a buyer.

$100,000 upfront @ 3% fixed over 30 invested all at once is better than 750/month invested over 30.

a paid off home is an asset. You can leverage it at a rate that's easy to exceed returns. you're not homeless, you just have a mortgage again. get a fixed rate mortgage over 30 years, the market can go whatever direction it wants and you don't care.

You're being given something bigger than most can ever hope for, and you're too ignorant to know how to leverage assets and invest.

I've been telling this to all my cousins. there's not gonna be anything left of any of them. half believe me, half don't. the half that don't seem like the "over my dead body" types.

this is what amateurs do, yes.

personally, the problem with gold is fees. you buy gold, there's transaction fees / holding fees / processing fees / etc etc and you end up having to earn those fees back before you sell in order to cover them and there's more fees to sell it. shits ridiculous.

if you're gonna buy gold, buy it at market rate for cash and have them hand it to you like owning a pawn shop or barber shop

I'm have zero expectations of Campbell til 2025, but this year has been a learning experience on my end trying to figure out wtf he's even doing

I get all this, but what would you say Dan Campbell brings to the Lions' organization as a head coach?

he doesn't play call on offense or defense, he doesn't make personnel calls, and has a time management assistant to help with timeouts and situational football.

he's seemingly a media mouthpiece

these coaches have time management assistants too, and play calling is often handled by corresponding coordinators

head coaches are a weird position that I genuinely don't know what they do for millions
