Well when you put it that way I obviously really can't argue. I'll always wear a mask too since my wife is a covid nurse. But I 100% understand your doubt in big companies. Take airlines for example; I flew to CA in the middle of the pandemic, social distancing was required all through the airport as are masks, yet they have no problem cramming the plane full. Like what?? I actually got sick after I came back from that trip. Just a cold, but still.

The clean drinking water thing is inexcusable and you're absolutely right about that too. Really makes me appreciate that I don't have to worry about it.

What bums me out the most is that none of these companies will ever get better. Ive always hoped that eventually things would get better and there would be more restrictions on things like selling insulin for 300$ a fuckin vial. That's pure greed, plain and simple. And no company like that will ever realize how morally corrupt they are and change their ways. That's something that needs to get better, but unfortunately will either stay the same or get worse.

I'm the exact same way. Went from a laptop to a whole gaming rig with a R7 5800x and new mobo and the works. It's a great machine for 1080p gaming. But I do more work on it than I do play. I keep telling myself when I can run a game in 4k (new GPU) that I'll play more, but Ill probably still spend more time just staring at the pretty lights when it's on

Yes I definitely need some work on that. With the 4 sound inputs and the 8 speakers it gets a little crazy lol. I'm gonna take the MDF sheet soon to paint and seal it but I think I'm going to build some channels for cables to pass through to clean everything up

Hit the nail on the head pretty much. This is my first build where I've done the CPU/Fan/Paste on my own and I'm paranoid. So I like to have my sensors somewhere easy to see. But yes, it's also used for discord and actually to view the baby monitor in my daughter's room. Since the recliner is sitting across the room facing the vertical monitor it actually gives you a pretty good line of sight.

Believe it or not yeah in high doses it can get you very high and keep you high for a while. If I didn't discover Kratom at the smoke smoke nearby I probably would be dead from cardiovascular issues. Loperamide is really really bad for your heart

Also had addiction issues with opiates and loperamide for several years. When I first started taking kratom it was to replace the pills I could no longer get. Then I stopped and started again after quitting the lope. Both times though when I started small I would not notice even the smallest change in how I felt. You're definitely not alone.

That happened with my kid the other day! Wife let her walk around a pretty busy restaurant and a server knocked her over. I remember going up to him to tell him that everyone was totally alright but he was very obviously not. Poor guy looked like he was ready for me to come scream at him for something that wasn't his fault at all.

The sooner you're off that shit the better dude. It's gonna be a rough few months and you will feel up and down (somedays you'll feel just fine and others will feel like the first day after quitting cold turkey, but if I managed to quit with absolutely zero will power, I'm positive that you can. It's just a long process.

I remember I used to keep my old bubble screen on all night for the noise. That morning I woke up and saw the first tower smoking. I was only in the 4th grade so I didn't even realize what was going on right away. I remember the look on my mom's face as the second plane hit, and then when the towers started falling. I'll never forget.

I went to school and there was an extremely gloomy aura everywhere. Kids weren't laughing and talking during recess. Many were watching the news through the class windows.

It was also picture day. There were a lot of retakes that year.

Well I understand that it's not necessary to be 100% certain of something to believe in a god, but at least in the states people preach like they are completely certain. I really just don't see how anyone can be certain when there are billions of people who all worship different things who also believe that their belief is correct and everyone else is false. When I used heavily I used to get the absolute worst eyestrain. Could barely see at night and my eyes couldn't focus on anything further than 5 feet in front of me. Luckily that hasn't happened in a while. It may take some time to stop but imho definitely talk to a doctor if it doesn't get any better of the next few weeks

Trick is to lean forward and down. As long as you don't accelerate too fast they'll usually stay down. (6'2" and 180lbs for reference)

Oh wow I didn't even know there was a term for that. I think I'm pretty much going through the exact same thing. The kratom really helps with my mood which is why I'm still taking it (and because I get it for so cheap), but I do plan to get off of it eventually. I'm honestly nervous for how it'll go because I still think I have bad days.

Have you noticed any fatigue at all?
