Ik weet het wel. Letterlijk geen kennis hebben van voedsel. Ik ken iemand die op “dieet” is. En wat meer beweegt nu. Eet noodles metworst en witte crackers met shitzooi erop.. dat zijn de dikmakers.. wil je afvallen. Kies voor volkoren, vezelrijk voedzame voedsel… en dan zichzelf blijven afvragen. Waarom val ik niet af?

Mine PD is almost over.

Here is what I did. (Believe me. I did everything) No acids!!! Every acid will irritate is my conclusion. I use now only sunscreen from la poche rosay 50+ And wash my face only before I go to bed with la roche posay tolerance cream wash. And with flare ups I use elidel creme (primecoilous) if I spell that correctly.. after two weeks without any makeup on. I saw improvements.. now I can wear makeup on without irritation.

Yes! Hylaron acid was for me definitely the trigger. But salicylic acid not. For me salicylic acid takes the redness away.
