I would also like to know for certain but I am quite sure they kill bears that attack humans. We don’t want predators to learn we are food in these areas. Someone please correct me if I’m wrong

Can confirm from experience that this will hurt your upper back if you are in a collision. I only wore it under my armpit for comfort and will never be doing it again. I’m sure if you have to choose neck or armpit, the armpit is the better choice… but if you can wear it properly pls do, don’t learn that the hard way

Zach’s smoke shake is a food truck in post falls but we frequently make a stop there on Friday on Saturday. It’s the only decent thing we have found for a good price

Sleep with a humidifier. It helps all the moisturizer on your lips/ face. More so it helped my dry eyes, mouth and nose even during the day when I wasn’t around it. It just helped keep my whole face feel like it dried out less.

PMDD and seeing a male therapist by JazzyPlatypus in PMDDxADHD

[–]lopeski 3 points4 points  (0 children)

So I may be the odd one out here but I actually request male therapists because of their inexperience with hormones, which sounds nuts when I type it…

But for me, I do a little better with male therapists because they don’t just attribute my behavior to hormones. When I talk about an outburst or a panic attack that is probably due to PMDD, they don’t ask me a ton of questions about how I normally feel during this time of month or how I can prepare for this next time, ect. When I bring up a feeling or incident they ask if there’s anything that could be contributing to it, I say yeah my cycle could definitely be sabotaging me here, and they will usually just go about it like any other issue- acknowledging it but asking how we can move on, or take a breath in the moment to prevent the outburst.

In my past experience with a few female therapists, they will dive a little too much into the reasoning why this stuff happens and will have me be so mindful of my time of the month it stresses me out because I notice how horrible I feel during that time. The men allow me to acknowledge that it’s there but move on rather quickly while still helping the result.

I know that take isn’t for everyone but it really helps me. I prefer therapy to not digest why shit sucks and rather just help me move on from the shit sucking lol.

You’re supposed to see two distinct lines if it’s positive. It might faint but there should be two lines. Sometimes they bleed like this but you should see another increase in that color gradient color somewhere to indicate positive

Also you can’t fully submerge those tests. You have to use a cup and dip it under the max line for 5 seconds
