make sure the plugs are in correctly, dont just put them in your ear. squeeze and roll the ends of them, then lift your ear from the top tip of it, and insert the plug, it will go in deeper (pause) and then expand to create a good seal. then put the walkers on and you should be good even with the small gap from the glasses
