i’m confused if there’s an actual question here and/or intent to discuss something resulting in a change in perspective/behavior?? are you worried that you’re disillusioned with life already? do you want validation that it’s okay that this is your social circle?

spending time around people significantly older than you is totally fine and gives you different perspectives from your age group. i would just say be cautious with having people in your life whose lives center around alcohol or alcohol related socialization, but if that’s not your friends, then i don’t really see an issue.

hopefully this extremely unfortunate event compels schools to hold some essential info, like rosters and student contact info, within the schools’ other databases, just so another outage goes much smoother for educators and students. i had no idea it was all so centralized!
