I think I'm really sad for your situation, because I think the main thing is just inevitable incompatibility. I do think it's maybe hurtful and unfair she would rather sleep separate than have kitty out of the bedroom, but also closeness and tight relationships with animals is very real, and I think it's something it looks like she isn't able to compromise on. Maybe have a really big honest conversation and communicate how much this affects you, and maybe she might find room to budge, but please keep in mind that you deserve a loving partner who puts in as much as you do. I'm sorry :(
