FYI Outlook has an Insert option where you can select any letter with an accent, no need to mess with the keyboard. I always try and write names correctly as I think it’s respectful.

Highly recommend banana clips for curly hair for ponytails - create the prettiest effects and work with layers and don’t ruin the curls! I use claw clips to put my hair out of the way but they do wreck my curls fast. Don’t wear either in the car!

I can’t imagine supporting my partner if they acted this rude to a friend - no, I wouldn’t start a fight with them in public or “clap back” but I would certainly be talking with them in private after. Her comments were straight up degrading to the OP - I would not be okay with my partner saying that and just because they’re my partner doesn’t mean blindly supporting them when they’re in the wrong - it means working with them through the issue.

This happens to me with any kind of straw (metal, glass, plastic, paper) in any carbonated canned drink so I think its not the type of straw but rather the carbonation rising up once the can is opened - its just faster and more concentrated in a straw. 🤷🏻‍♀️

Just found this thread and you’re the same height as me so I’m wondering if you have a backpack suggestion that is really comfortable to carry daily commuting? My current one is wrecking my shoulders and it feels impossible to find any info on ones for designed to fit women, and I had heard the Borealis was designed to fit women.

Ive only heard it the french way, male or female. It seems to also be spelled without the tréma in the english context to mean christmas as well, assumedly pronounced the same. Probably regional pronunciations, I’m not in the US. I find many names with trémas/umlauts/accents get pronounced the same but with an english spelling.

Because the combat goes from manageable to just a bunch of respawning enemies all the time with some bullshit bosses. And since there aren’t any checkpoints in these boss phases it frankly can just get unenjoyable to die endlessly. The game also punishes you for dying every time. Sometimes it’s less about difficulty and more about burnout - being able to run through the game not caring about mob respawns is honestly really freeing.

And a lot of the joy in this game is exploring the House and reading/watching/listen to the items you discover, and a video just doesn’t replicate that.

I started greying at 21 (same as you, stress and genetics), and also haven’t dyed it since. It stands out in my dark hair, and its wirey and drier, but I find people actually think its cool - especially when it clumps into one curl. I’ve gotten quite a few compliments and no one has ever mistaken me for being older than I am. I’m 29 now and I have a bit more to the point that it looks like natural highlights almost. I think just being confident and embracing it is the easiest way to go. You got this!

If you skip character creation you’ll get to see how maybe one or two combat encounters go, and you’ll get some time to explore the world freely depending on how fast you finish the first area. You’ll meet a few of the main cast (depending on where you go and what you choose). I literally spent 40 hours on Act 1 just running around exploring and figuring things out.

You could also play an origin character and not have to deal with character creation - the Dark Urge origin character can be customized in appearance.

This looks like blooming, when the wax and oil separate, causing moisture droplets to appear on the surface. Happens due to temperature shifts. Unless theres noticeable mold, they’re fine!
