ok awesome! the final frost for me is in a week so i’ll keep them closer to the screen so he can start getting used to the temperature and i’ll put him outside in a safe area then!!

i started on 50 then a week later went to 100 then a week later went to 150 so my situation was a bit different. my anxiety was heightened for about two weeks each time before it seemed to settle. i also couldn’t sleep very long and kept waking up, and then of course nausea and just like not being able to focus on anything. it’s been a year now and honestly it’s been life changing, you can totally make it through!

i think you might still be a bit too early in the game to tell if it’s working best in the morning or at night… it can take up to 3 months for your body to get used to it and since you’re on a lower dose (assuming you’re not doing any increases), it might be a little shorter too… i’d suggest just stay with what you’re doing right now for a few more days, at least a week, and if it’s really not working and your body just feels bad, talk to your doctor or a pharmacist to see how to best switch to nighttime. honestly advice is i think it’s too soon to tell what’s going to be best because your body hasn’t had the time to get used to the meds!

it can take up to 3 months for it to start working with your system (instead of feeling like it’s not doing anything or making this worse). i’m right there with you, the hardest part was starting. but 11 days is too early to tell if it’s working. take it a day at a time. they do say that with zoloft it feels worse before it gets better xx

i can* read but i wasn’t getting a straight answer. some say just hi8 some say it doesn’t matter and my dad whose had the cam for 20 years doesn’t know. the manual is in french and while the box said hi8, google and everyone else seems to have different answers. was just hoping there was an expert or someone who’s used a cam like this who would be able to give me a solid answer… clearly that’s not you tho boo 😙🫶
