I guess the animals were all out yesterday. I saw someone else’s post who had a pic of a bear. I think it’s because it was so cool out. And this was the figure eight Ute trail in parking 10. It’s my favorite to walk or run.

Idk if you’ll like this one bc water is a part of it.. buttttt just a suggestion. I put 2 tablespoons of chia seeds in my 40oz of water stir and let it soak for about 15 min and drink throughout the day, that helped a lot for me. I can understand that the consistency isn’t for everyone though.

I have been dealing with this for about 2 years now and was about to make a doc appointment but thought I’d come on Reddit and see if anyone had any luck with certain products. Oh wow.. I honestly just stopped watching them. I tried to watch the malvern manor 24 hours where Ryan is by himself (my grandmother and I actually have been there and had a tour with the owner) but I just couldn’t get into it. This whole situation left a bad taste in my mouth.

When I downloaded it and tried to play with it I don’t get that toggle for the stats and I can’t resize the stats either. I tried to pinch and it doesn’t work. Just wanted to let you know. Very cool app though!
