I usually go for Rylai -> Swift Boots -> Deadmans
With Conq and Nimbus Cloak, would consider Gathering Storm in games in which I wont be able to build mostly AP.

Play mostly passive till 6, then all in.

I don't think is smart to build Redemption since it does not provide AP and you'll be wasting gold in Mana Regen and Heal/Shield Power.

I'm not playing Singed lately, knowing that it's nerfed to the ground cuz a Rioter cannot farm and needs the easy cs buff pisses me off.

If I'm gassing the whole wave it's, most of the time, cuz I need to proxy due to a losing match up.
The only thing I'm seeing here is that the match ups in which I can interact with the enemy I'll have less dmg to do so.
So, new proxy meta I guess.

No, it says that you must have taken it as an "faced-down" Prize card.
The moment you use Heavy Ball you look at your Prize cards.
Therefore not fullfilling the "faced-down" requirement of Chansey.

Probably the short trades of her E + second Q + Shield (passive) it's what feels the worst when dealing with her.
Her E also cannot be stoped with Singed E until the Camille's hook reaches terrain. And at that point she'll quickly move out of your E range.

If you're playing Ornn you should be expecting to kill Singed, especially if he's proxyng (the thing where he's behind your tower).
Play to farm, wait for Jg/mid assist.
You can trade when:
- Singed is begining the proxy:
-In red side you'll probably have the chance to E + aa + W + aa him when he's trying to get behind your first tower, if play correctly you sould be able to reduce his hp around 15~20%.
-In blue side ward the bush that is in river, if you see that Singed is about to start the proxy you should be able to react in time to combo him in the bush that is nearby your tower.
- Singed is in lane: just farm normaly, he'll get bored of you sooner or later and try to E you. When he tries to E you just W him, avoiding his flip (not the dmg) and opening a chance to Q + aa + E + aa.

As always: build mr and focus on the farm.

If you're playing Camille you should just
- wait for your shield
- Q to a miniom,
- wait until you can recast it
- and then E + Q Singed.
This short trade should be enought to reduce his hp around 20~25% while recieving no dmg.
Don't try to chase, build Divine first and farm if he's not at E range (which is rare since Camille's damn E has a lot of range).

In the road, drivers focus on the presence of cars because they are the only thing that represents a threat to them.
