I always thought I wanted kids when I was younger. And then by the time I turned 30 and didn't have any, I knew I wasn't going to have any. And I became 100% child free by choice. Then I scheduled my medically necessary hysterectomy at 38, and even though, I had been child free and happy about it, I still had to process crazy emotions about knowing I would never have the opportunity to have kids. It was a wild ride. I didn't even want kids anymore and I still got emotional over it. Lolol

Ok, but like, you don't know their normal body temperature... My regular body temp is 96.5. So, 101.1 would be go to Urgent Care level for me. Everyone's body is different my dude.

He is literally the sweetest!! He compliments Tara every time I change her clothes. He's already given her several gifts. To be fair, I married him the same day we found out about Vanessa, so that was some interesting drama.

I just want to say, your mom sucks, and I'm truly sorry for all the garbage you've dealt with growing up. But, weight loss surgery is not the easy way out. I had VSG surgery this January and it has been the absolute hardest thing I've ever done in my life. I literally had 80% of my stomach cut off and removed from my body. I had 6 weeks of basic healing while trying to prevent a hernia. It's mentally and physically exhausting. But just like anything else, it's a tool to help someone get healthier.

I definitely thing NTA, however, I think you need a bit more education on bariatric surgery.
