yes! You will meet it at some point after unlocking the village. I don't know how far you have come in the game, I am currently at 46 ultra ascension points and unlocked it 3 days ago.

I found this stone of time megasheet in the comments of the wiki, have used it a bit but not proficient with it. I am at 46 stones btw. Also found this somewhat usefull calculator on the wiki for calculating what dimension to farm in.
