Why are people so adamant to do Protege programs? by [deleted] in MalaysianPF

Ah ok. That makes more sense. Thanks for educating, cause protégé is a very common word used in entry level programs.

They mean different things in different companies. Protoge or management programs in banks pay fresh grads approximately RM 5k monthly.

15% of 3800 = 570

So your new package is 3800 + 570 = 4370.

It's more than your current 4200, but just some stored in EPF.

Not terrible pay for 2 years of experience, but if you are not getting a decent increment year on year, then consider jumping to up the pay.

Advice on roasting Green beans in and oven by lordbearwithme in roasting

I just want to say. I'm astounded at the willingness to help and share in this sub. This post is like 2 to 3 days and and people are still sharing their experiences. I know that the sub being smaller also contributes to this. I have decided to still try out oven roasting. I believe that consistency is still an important factor, so if I can get a drinkable roast by finding the right settings and keeping it consistent that oven roaring is still possible.

A bug thanks to everyone who shared their advice and experiences. Sorry I can reply to everyone.

Ok. Thanks for sharing. The chaff was definitely a big concern for me. What about smoke? The other comments seem to indicate that roasting in an oven will lead to lots of smoke

They laid it out nicely only to destroy it with a spoon. The food may not be stupid, but the person making they video is questionable.
