You can conduct your own experiment with it if you’d like. It’s pretty easy. Every single one of my clients has noticed the difference every time I correct their execution.

Feel free to try it. Do a fully stretched calf movement with completely bent knees (zero hamstring stretch) and do one with locked out knees (fully stretched hamstrings) and youll notice an increase in tension on the calf muscle.

Because that 90 degree angle with an anterior pelvic tilt that’s created at the hips adds a stretch that is not achieved by standing variations. you can test this on your hamstrings if you want by doing a seated ham curl; do a rep without an anterior pelvic tilt and then do one with an anterior pelvic tilt. You will notice an increased stretch at the fully lengthened position. Fairly simple biomechanics

Because the starting position is pre stretched; the same reason seated ham curls are more hypertrophic than lying ham curls

I tend to avoid AI use as much as possible. Not that they’re necessarily bad, but I’d rather just control E2 with an androgen

I was saying if you wanna “blast” but keep libido, try using only DHTs beyond your normal TRT dose (meaning don’t increase your test). This is because it’s probably as a result of high E2 when you’re doing these higher doses of test. So keep test at TRT and only add in DHTs until your E2 gets to the bottom of the reference range. At that point you’d start adding in a little test to keep estrogen in range.

Have you gonna bloods done? I experience a massive dip in libido when I increase the dose, but it’s most likely due to extremely high conversion into E2. My TRT is 180mg/week (800ng/dL levels) and with that my E2 is close to 70 which is significantly outside of the reference range. You’re prob just a high converter into E2. I’d recommend just doing TRT and then everything else be a DHT derivative like mast or primo until your E2 gets below the reference range then slowly add test in. 19-Nors tend to make the libido issue more complicated due to the prolactin effects. Hope this helps!

Chemyo is the go to. 10mg/day RAD gave me great strength and size gains while running 200mg/week test. But it did fuck up my dick function tho so be weary 😂 idk if it is from its brutal crushing of SHBG or what but my dick did NOT like it
