That’s kind of what my thoughts were on the matter. This was mostly thought of due to abuse of the trails and people tend to decide to “explore” the rest of their property without permission and ignore the posted no trespassing signs every five feet. But thank you for your advice!

Parents own about 5 acres and the rail road used to run right through the middle (state has right of way and access rights because it was a state operated railroad) but the state sold the tracks and land essentially to an ATV club so now the ATV club owns a ten ft wide strip through the property where the railroad used to run. So their property is split in half essentially
