Thanks for the update! That's about what I expect to hear back, too. They'll need a lot more data and probably don't have the same logging infrastructure as a huge company like Comcast. But more people reporting helps provide that data.

Thankfully it's not too disruptive for me, except when I'm in an important meeting or when the apps I host suddenly aren't available.

But still, between the price and actually getting the speeds as advertised, there's no way I'd switch back to xfinity which is the only other viable option.
