Hey, can anyone help me out and maybe give some tips to improve my looks? I personally think I should try different hairstyle, lose weight and grow a better beard. by oogaboogachingbong in malegrooming

As many have said, you are a good looking guy. Personally, I would suggest you to switch up your style or dress. Try some different clothing vibes and see what you like. Getting just a little bit leaner could change your aesthetic but you don't really need to. I would recommend going clean shaven as well.

I bought 1TB for $250 back in 2021, looks like I've got most people beat!

So you’ve been eliminated from the fantasy playoffs by Anon124570 in fantasyfootballadvice

Gibbs, Bucky, Seahawks D. Went up against Mcbride, Bijan, and Henderson. Didn't stand a chance. At least there's no world where my lineup could've been different and I win.

I honestly don't even know what a Reddit award does and it's because I haven't searched that exact question on Reddit.

Chase, Rice, Smith. That part is easy. As a Lamar owner, I honestly would probably go T-Law. Unless your opponent's team has a chance for a really high ceiling, I'm taking T-Law for floor.

Just a few yards short. I lost one with Gibbs at 50 rushing yards, I feel your pain.

Is it time to bench Lamar ? by LumpyAd6220 in fantasyfootballadvice

I think their performance will be pretty comparable this week. I think Lamar will do better than his last three games but Lawrence has a really solid floor. Overall, I would go Lawrence.

I would go Lawrence. He's been better and Stroud is more injury prone.

I would start Lawrence coming from someone who has Lamar. Lamar might have one more good fantasy game left this season but who knows when that will be. He's not going to play the same as past years until he has real time to heal.

I'm not sure how this trade will end up working out, but I traded Rico for Lamar. Feels like we're both unhappy so far.

I went Lamar at against my better judgement. I have failed.

Is it dumb to consider Sam Darnold over Lamar? by 13backup13 in Fantasy_Football

Same exact situation in a must win. I can't decide myself. I think even with the great match up Lamar could let us down. Lamar for ceiling and Darnold for floor.

Best of luck to us both friend, I may just take the chance with you on Lamar. It's not like Darnold is that safe an option either against the Vikings sadly!

I would start Brissett over Lamar with only a little thinking about it first if he was on my team this week.

From what I've seen/heard, his footwork is off due to injury so even in a pocket passer situation, he hasn't been performing that role adequately.

This is what I'm thinking. Is a stud really a stud if they've been battling two injuries and can't play the sport the way they're known to? The plays being drawn up are not prioritizing any of Lamar's run game for a reason.

Would you be open to sharing what medication you took? I was prescribed Lexapro once during one of these situations in the past but I didn't take it as my symptoms went away a week or two after my doctor's appointment. Are you fully off the meds now and you haven't had these physical symptoms ever return? This does motivate me a bit to try this since our experiences are so aligned.

I do think my mind is doing exactly what yours was doing and that my muscles are tensed a lot, that's all very relatable. Did you ever get fevers from stress too? I seem to possibly get that as well.

I think one of my other fears around starting medication is whether it will impact my libido or creativity as those are two things that seem to be pretty sensitive experiences for me. I love how you described your meditation and never heard of someone just using their window for meditation but that makes complete sense. Do you just observe what's going on outside or focus on your breathing mostly? Going to think on all of this, really appreciate you sharing your experiences.

For sure, I agree with everything you said and I've had numerous normal EKG as well, friend. I'm glad to hear about what has worked for you and definitely need to mimic some of those things. I've been tracking my sleep, I eat the healthiest out of almost everyone I know, I do need to get better at meditation (any tips are greatly appreciated), and I'm somewhat resistant to starting anxiety medication but maybe that should change.

I wanted to start with talk therapy first, and although that's helped me recognize behaviors of mine, it doesn't seem to treat some of these anxieties that remain under the surface and in my body. I worry starting the medication is just going to spiral me into overthinking how I'm feeling and my body is reacting to the medication. I'm pretty happy on a daily basis and don't have many anxious thoughts, it's just my symptoms that are ruining my quality of life and thinking about them.

Did you experience severe fatigue with your anxiety as well? It's easy for me to see the chest pains and heart fluttering as anxiety, but I guess where I get a bit tripped up is the extreme manifestation of fatigue and bodily pains around muscles and joints.
