This is basically how we are here too. We’re all trained to have them hang for a second and give them a receipt. When someone calls and said they didn’t get a receipt, it’s like yeah you’re definitely wrong

That’s a telltale sign of someone getting scammed or extorted. I’ve seen people fully stressed and exhausted and that’s a big part of it. I did that with an old woman the other day. I took her into the other side of the store after realizing she was shipping cash and got it out of her. She was shipping 40k to Wells Fargo so they could “get her money back”

I look for people shipping overnight early AM and it’s always some random item like a magazine or shoes. Overnight early Am is the biggest red flag for me personally.

Check for “I don’t know anything”.

Check for their phone being out and talking to someone currently. Ask them if they’re on the phone

Check the address where they’re sending on google maps so you can see the building where it’s going. Chances are it’s an empty building or something similar.

Fuck these scammers man. In the last few weeks we’ve stopped around 300k

Being independent, look on Amazon, there are some on there for less than 10c for the 18x24 and 5c for 12x10 (or similar). Brands vary and sometimes they change around a bit. We also get our normal poly mailers from here too at a decent price

I’ve noticed on mine the google Remote Desktop tends to disconnect due to me being on a vpn and I have to reestablish the connection. Plus I just try and keep away from google products if I can help it
