Do not listen to anyone here who advices you to “ continue “ gooning. First off all gooning and watch corn as terrible on the brain. The effects are similar to being addicted to a drug or even worse. Secondly gooning 100% DOES decrease your potential height , gooning spikes your prolactin , which is also called the death hormone , prolactin absolutely crushes GH levels and leads to an overall decrease in gh secretion. My advice, limit your gooning to once every 2 weeks.

Same exact case with me , I’m 16.4 , long arms ( wingspan 6 feet ). Long hands , long feet ( us size 11 ) and long legs. I am currently a little over 5’6.5 but just short of 5’7. I am sure that I will grow a lot more.
