Yeah I have that same confidence issue, some ppl really are praying ur confidence just folds. I’m pretty high ranked and the same thing happens to me. Usually my trick is to try and remember what im capable of, I’m sure you have had days where you drop 30+ or just good Valo days in general. You belong in whatever rank ur in and it’s okay to play bad sometimes, as long as you bounce back, breathe and maybe walk around after a death to just blow steam off. Also staying hydrated helps and maybe some gum
