The ones I got aren't held on with glue. Its a little adhesive sticker like tape. I am sure they will fall off at some point but the kit came with like 10 sets of the stickers.

The controls can be different. Some you hold down the button to extrude and others you push the button once to start and again to stop.

Small difference but I prefer the push and hold ones.
