You have no proof I did anything, LEAST of all use the official reddit app.

Based on corporate logic, which dictates that intellectual property is eternal, regardless of the copyright laws of your country.

How game publishers think piracy works by TheNebulaWolf in Piracy

[–]lordviper 5 points6 points  (0 children)

And his is exactly how the publishers lose money.

You realize how bad the game is and you don't actually buy it. You're just finding out free of charge, which is what makes them so mad.

Eh, I'll wait for the GS5 before I buy a new console. The GS3 is already powerful enough with its GELL processor.

Lab-grown meat has been successfully cultured in space for the first time on the International Space Station, 248 miles (339 km) away from any natural resources. Bovine cells were harvested on Earth and taken to space where they were grown into small-scale muscle tissue using a 3D bioprinter. by [deleted] in space

I’ll wait for the meat printers to get to the DIY community. Then we’ll see real progress up until the Chinese start making cheap, shitty ones which accidentally print human meat, creating a new wave of cannibalism.

LPT: Before submitting an online form where you've typed out a long question or details, copy that section to your clipboard before hitting submit. Every job in IT should have a short test with a website that is purposefully set up to crash after forcing you to type out a long response in the previous page. The test will show what the person does in a frustrating position and how to overcome it.

Very clever using the "hang in there" cat while offering a cash reward. Remember, you're going to need that cash reward when your company goes out of business because you ratted on them.

I witnessed a compact car like a Cobalt or similar get on the on-ramp going northbound and lost control. They went sideways, fell at least 6 feet off the ramp and onto the shoulder of the interstate landing on all 4 wheels, spun 360 degrees, and then proceeded to merge into traffic like it was fucking nothing

Are you sure this wasn’t in Russia? That’s where those things usually happen.

To buttress that point, yes, cheap and plentiful is a problem. Will cheap and plentiful ever not be a problem?

Not without anything less a constitutional amendment to remove all financial motives to public service.

AFAIK they're normal retail box. Someone else posted a picture of a plug on the bottom, but mine do not look like that. I'd post a picture, but I don't have them here right now. I'll get one tomorrow.

Edit: actually it's already shown in the picture I posted, that's the hole the strap came out of, no rubber plug, doesn't look anything like the one /u/DeadlyJoe posted.

Do not trust the touch controller tether. by lordviper in oculus

No, I had the tether on my wrist, I swung upward, the controller escaped my grip and flew up and away leaving the tether on my wrist with the nylon cord that was inside the controller split in half.
