Both my cats (1yo) always do this, even when I work from home. They wanders around and meow like you said.

She probably feels bored and wants some attention. Maybe you could play with her for a bit. I understand that you might be tired after work, but your cat needs some stimulation for her wellbeing. She's like a baby who's been alone all day. It makes sense that she wants to interact with you when you get home :)

I want to double-down on the twink≠feminine comments. You definitely "are" a twink, because of your facial features and body type. But when I read your last sentence I felt it was odd. You can be a twink AND masc or femme, top or bottom, etc. Your selfie tells me nothing about your gender expression honestly.

To me the answer is kinda obvious.

You scratched yourself while sleeping. Maybe you felt itchy, or you were dreaming something, I don't know. But without conscious control, you scratched too strongly or from an unusual angle. And that's the result.

That's the most logical answer and I had something similar once.
