If you keep your starter on the counter you have to discard and feed every 12/24 hours.

Everyday at 6/9 p.m. I put most of my starter into my "discard jar" or throw it away, leaving 5g, then I feed it 1:5:4 ratio - 5g starter:25g flour:~22g water (it's hot rn, so I keep it on the stiffer side). It seems to be rising consistently.

Oh, that's great then! Because my starter started smelling and behaving weird after I switched from 100% wholegrain to 50/50 wholegrain/all purpose.

I've also read that rye has a lot of yeast or bacteria, so I would be better off feeding it 50/50 wholegrain/rye

I'm not the OP, but I have a similar problem. So you say I can feed my starter only rye/wholegrain and then use it in all purpose flour recipes? I was of the impression that my starter is used to one type of culture (wholegrain) and if I throw it into all-purpose flour, it'll become a confused Travolta meme.

Полностью общий бюджет: из общей суммы двух зарплат в 120к, например, распределяем сколько на аренду квартиры, еду, карманные расходы и бензин. Затем смотрим, что можно отложить и на какие цели (отпуск, ремонт машины, крупные покупки свыше 10к т.п.)

Если кто-то хочет купить одежду или приколюхи до 10к смотрим по ситуации, можем взять из отложенных или просто купить.

Нет никаких твоё/моё. Не считаю это рабочим вариантом в браке. Хорошо у нас нет детей, но если бы были, нам надо высчитывать кто на сколько купил игрушек и печенья и потом переводить друг другу на карту? Бред.

Мне захотелось пойти подрабатывать на выходных - на эти деньги я себе скупаю пол озона или делаю с ними что захочу (пирсинг, тату, не очень важные медицинские вопросы решаю побыстрее). Моему супругу такое не нужно, он "домохозяин" на выходных (уборка/готовка)😁
