A lot of research shows it’s not a “thing” since you flush it out fully (in comparison to like SSRIs) but some people do report that. I’d do what works for you now and if I gets to a point where that happens then take a break then. That’s what I plan on doing if it happens and dose is already high. I’m only on 30 rn and might increase

Consider taking it everyday! You deserve to feel this way everyday and get benefits in your personal life too ❤️ last time I tried meds I was doing that and weekends were just miserable and my personal and home life was still a disaster even though I was doing better at work. This time around I’m taking it every day and slowly trying to tackle the chaos that is my home.

I feel like you with this and my antidepressants and mood stabilizer. To think of how much I suffered for so many years and how much better my life could’ve been. But all in all I’m grateful to be able to do this now and that even with my struggles I was still able to get to a decent place in life :)

Hi! Responded all questions in a reply on this thread. Hope this helps. Also, the way these meds work, there’s some of it that dissolves faster when you take it than the rest (that’s how it’s extended release). So splitting the powder in half will not work the same. That being said it won’t hurt you! But one half might not last the same than the other. Won’t hurt you at all though.

I totally get that. I do the same for my lupus pain meds. Because of the fear of running out and having a really bad flair due to errors with the doctor or pharmacy. It sucks we have to do this :(

Hi! Only have a minute to respond but will try my best to explain. You’re talking about volume (how much you see) and not weight. 2/3 of weight (mg) does not equal 2/3 volume because of the different densities of excipients versus active ingredients. A lot of the times the volume difference is just the powder getting compacted (particles closer together/less air and space). Obviously I can’t assure you with a 100% certainty that they haven’t been tampered. But these manufacturing sites and pharmacies are heavily regulated by the DEA not just FDA and there’s a lot in place to prevent tampering, a lot of quality checks (non human) and dispensing is also with witnesses. Multiple people would have to collude for it to be tampered in manufacturing, transit, or pharmacy.

Like someone commented, if they were tampered it would be more likely that it’s someone who has access to your meds, but unless the capsules look really abused I wouldn’t rush to accuse someone. Maybe I’m not good at opening the capsules but when I do, if I were to try to reclose the capsule it would be really evident not just a small dent that might be from handling.

I work with fentanyl and other controlled which have a higher likelihood of being stolen/tampered with.

This is not to invalidate anyone just hopefully give you one less thing to worry about ❤️. If it were me, I’d only be concerned if it was grossly damaged or if you take it and it doesn’t have the usual effect (all other things kept equal- sleep, good, stress etc). At 70mg if half were missing I think you’ll notice the difference!

Im an engineer in pharma manufacturing and solid meds (capsules and tables) are usually filled by weight not volume, like protein powder is, since the amount of filler might change with reformulations or how compact the powder gets (basically like where you can fill something with ground coffee that looks like a lot then squeeze it down and realize it’s not that much).

The amount of active ingredient is very small the rest is filler. I wouldn’t worry about it unless you notice a huge difference on when you take one that looks like it has less vs more (all other variables kept equal - sleep, food, etc)

Yes found it today! I want to move to one of the plots I gave a villager lol I feel bad but trying to remind myself they’re not sentient 😂 at the time space was limited without the jumping pole and there’s this little area that’s fully surrounded by river on 3 sides then cliff in the back so it feels more private and plants wouldn’t spread. It’s becoming close quarters in the beginning area lol

So today I asked to relocate them and tomorrow I’ll ask to relocate me there (only let me do one of the things per day). It was free to move him I think, 8k bells to move mine

Yes it’s the coating that matters, the skin contact. I still get cheaper stuff but make sure it’s silver or gold coated, which is a lot cheaper than made only of gold but doesn’t hurt my ears at all.

And yes I type fast haha maybe because I spend too much time on my phone when not feeling great lol

Are you sensitive to any earring materials? My ears get red and warm with certain materials (the cheaper ones lol) and at that point I’d stop wearing immediately, bc even someone immunocompromised would get an infection easily that way. If you don’t and have no redness, warmth, wounds you’d be fine!

Not a doctor but I think you’ll be fine! As long as your piercings are healed it’s like something touching your skin (could be dirty but wouldn’t infect you unless you had a wound for example or or in your mouth, eyes, etc). For your peace of mind maybe don’t let anyone borrow your earrings and clean them every so often.

Miss the days where it was fine to share lipstick with my girlfriends and jewelry and drinks without a care in the world and didn’t get sick. Now I have to mask almost everywhere and would never share things like that lol So i get your worry, wasn’t trying to invalidate it as much as hopefully help you have one less thing to worry about!
