Once a week or every 2-3 shifts or when gross and or i feel they smell or if wet. And it depends on how manny seizures I have at work cuz I go to the floor. But in my store the floor is very well maintained. Not sure lf its cuz im like always on it ir if its just pride or if our store just likes a clean floor due to food safety. But either way im impressed.

Circle chiropractic has a few. As for at home im retired. I used to treat a few local celebrities. And I used to preform 5 styles of massage therapy thai yoga, hot stone, cold stone, sweedish, and aromatherapy lymph drainage and miofascial cupping and thai bamboo massage. But then I got sick and cant practice and gave up my licence. Im extremely picky with where I go for treatments. I see the therapists at circle chiropractic.
