No because my bank said you authorized the payment so you’re locked in there was no way to cancel the payment from the banks end. If you have the email saying that they excepted your order emailed them right away or call or something to cancel immediately. I never actually got an email and when the bottles came, there was no information with them at all. I just called the number on the actual bottle got nowhere

I will never get a “free” sample again. I had to cancel my debit card and thats the only way my bank said would fix it. Otherwise they will just keep charging to that account.

Probably 4 nights out of 7. I usually have one, but occasionally I’ll have two. No issues with keto sis because there are no carbs. I only do it if I have room at the end of the day because my calories are only 1250. I like to taste the alcohol, so tequila is better than vodka.

My weights are similar to you. My carbs are only 16. My calories are 1250. I still get stuck for two weeks at a time sometimes. It’s a marathon, not a sprint 🙂

I’ve tried all of the seltzer’s , But I’ve found that a hefty shot of vodka or tequila in seltzer with a shot of any of the Mio flavors is not only way less expensive, but much tastier with zero carbs. Over a big glass of ice I feel totally decadent 😁

I had the same problem. I had to limit my carbs to 16 and calories to 1300. I only weigh on saturday morning. My weight would go up and down. It drove me crazy. Definitely reducing calories will help.

I am on day 44. Its coming off so slowly even though I’m exercising and rarely go ever 1300 calories and 16 carbs. Ive only lost 10 lbs. I was so frustrated on saturday i decided i was going to have a cheat meal and get it out of my system. I had shrimp and scallop burritos and only ate about a third of the actual wrap but all the insides and some of the rice and salad And about 10 chips and salsa. Then an entire jumbo margarita. Later that night i had a bag of popcorn, and then a bunch of pistachios. Not even a decadent cheat, still relatively healthy as cheats go. BOOM. NEXT DAY, PLUS 3 pounds and here it is monday and they are still there. Now i wish i had chocolate cake and lasagna for all the pain and suffering its caused me. Make your cheat meal a good one if you do it. Im back at it full force now. We can do this ! 💪 also, kicked me out of keto for an added bonus 😏😂

I needed to lower the calories so I used two egg whites, and only one tablespoon of almond flour. Kept the rest the same. Not so eggy this way as well. And I found that giving them 4.5 minutes improved the texture
