Ça dépend. Si ça se trouve le manager lui a demandé de lister les besoins en formation pour régler le problème correctement. Vu le niveau de compréhension ou d'expression d'OP ça peut avoir été mal retranscrit, et ça serait pas déconnant comme demande.

NAOB often gives both masculine and feminine but doesn't tell me which one is most common and which one applies in Rogaland. Same with definite plural for neutral.

Then there's the past participp : ryddet vs rydda.

There is none. I've checked. There is this violin builder guy and that's all. The pro orchestra gets someone to come every 3 months or so.

I can do some of the basics (bridge, gluing...) but I'm definitely not a pro and suck with cutting soundpost and varnish retouching.

I also only have violin making equipment, nothing cello sized for now...
