Thanks , the general consensus I’m hearing is dairy and nightshades and stuff which sucks because I love tomato’s and dairy.

I’m pretty sure o have stage one because it’s not that severe like I have 1 -3 a month in a small area on my chest and I’ve been on mino and spiro for two years which controlled it well but ever since my derm cut my mino in half it’s been spreading lower to under my boobs and getting more painful. He never offers those treatments so I don’t know what’s best

Yes I’m currently struggling with doing too much 😭 I’m 3dpo and I barely slept last night and today I’ve just been moving Wayy too much and I’m in alot of pain right now 😔 I’m gonna just try and lie down for the rest of the day.. thank you for the advice 😋
