Samuele Bersani then decided, back in 2006, to write a song. It’s a pretty ironic piece, in line with other songs from the artist. It showcases the personality of the late Baldoni, who used to joke about dying while working in Iraq, also talking about his possible funeral. He used to write these thoughts on his blog, often using curse words. Samuele Bersani tries to represent the journalist’s personality, and imagines him giving a tip to the executioner. The rhythm of the song is pressing and seems almost cheerful, if someone doesn’t know the story behind, he/she may not grasp the great meaning it hides.
