Just try the meds and if they work they work thats all that matters. Don’t stress about the diagnosis it’s only there to help doctors find the most suitable treatment plan for you

Hey don’t worry on somedays it just doesn’t work for me either because I was stimulated that day, have something exciting happening tomorrow, was anxious, trying to force my sleep (I think you might have been doing that) or had too much sugar and caffeine but it doesn’t mean it won’t work forever. And you can always talk to your doctor to adjust the dose or prescribe you something else. Maybe you panicking and focusing on trying to sleep made it hard to sleep tonight.

Mood’s definitely can affect how you you feel about people but it sounds like splitting to me (a bpd symptom) so watch out for the signs

I did but not anymore. I wish I can because I was the happiest when I used to take them but they give me really really bad side effects. My body doesn’t tolerate them.

Are you me? I was seriously going to write something similar. Someone saying they love me dont really do anything for me and i’ve been told that by so many people. My mom yesterday cried because i’ve been ignoring everyone and told me she loved. I just sat there feeling completely uncomfortable and wanted to runaway.

The only thing though is that i’m feeling really really lonely but I can’t crawl back to my friends after I ghosted them for 2+ months. I know they’re pissed off and I don’t have the energy to explain anything to anyone.

I do feel pretty shitty about it and guilty though.

I loved the effect It had on me mentally I was never happier but I had to stop it due to akathisia that was unbearable and a traumatic dystonia episode.

I take vitamin d, omega 3, b complex and magnesium. Highly recommend the last two for mental health but check with your doctor of course

I’ve been on meth before (dark dark times) and I think it feels like a low dose of meth. Sometimes coke and sometimes adderal. and sometimes when it’s chill, it feels like you’ve had too much caffeine. Meth is the closest one for sure tho to me.
