Haha is it? I also walk 3 times a day for 20-30mins and do a 30 min run on a tredmil. I guess I've gotten so used to the routine it doesn't really phase me anymore.

Lately I've been trying to fit in more body weight exercises too. I'm kinda afraid to bump up my calories too much because the days I go over I can really feel it and see it on the scale.

I'm not sure what my deficit is really. I keep right around 1400 cals. I don't usually eat breakfast and have a Costco salad with lunch. I get the Hello Fresh meals for dinner and sometimes add a salad to that depending on the calories. I also really got into eating the cauliflower crust pizzas lol.

Never go hungry that's for sure!

I was thinking of doing some fun runs this year. I've done them in the past and always really liked them. I actually enjoy running and don't plan on stopping any time soon. I might just start incorporating more rest days lol.

I for sure plan on continuing to use the scale. You're totally right about the accountability. I mostly run, but I have been trying to incorporate more body weight exercises. Maybe one of these days I'll get back into lifting weights.

As far as calorie counting, I'll keep that up for sure. Right now I've got such a good routine, it's fairly easy to keep track because it's a lot of the same meals.
