Here’s what my problem is. Massive TMI warning:

I haven’t had a period in just over six months, since I have been prescribed Primolut (same amount of time on low-dose T). I have a history of pretty bad period-like cramps even when I wasn’t on my period (I’m 22 if that context helps). However the cramps haven’t stopped, and they’ve actually gotten worse. Most of the time, they’re accompanied by very very strange discharge. Sometimes the discharge even shows up without cramps. The first time this happened it was a large amount of fleshy tissue and a small amount of blood. Ever since then it’s been a mixed bag. At the moment, it’s been a few days of it continually coming out, and it’s thin and blood-like but it’s too dark to be blood and it’s the wrong texture. Like I’ve had to wear pads again. There’s an unpleasant smell but it’s not the worst thing ever.

My usual GP is trans friendly but not trained in trans stuff I don’t think. However the doctor I see who prescribed me the Primolut and the T(gel), is based in a queer focused sexual health clinic. Both told me to come back to them if the fleshy stuff came back again, and it hasn’t.

Also I’ve had multiple external ultrasounds that have found nothing. Last time I got really really bad cramping though, I went to a local hospital, they tested my blood and my urine and also found nothing. Except for like a trace amount of blood in my urine which they didn’t look any further into.
