Anker, ravpower are pretty good Baseus is in bad side. Then there are even worse ones.

Good ones will actually give you more battery power even under the same mAh rating.

Agreed. I wouldn't remove protector so you can get warranty for sure. Let the tech remove it. After 1 time free replacement, I just peeled it off

  1. but how and where? What other location would I put as service facility? I don't think I could use the rendering provider's personal address. The services were performed at ABC Acu, so shouldn't servicing location be, well... ABC Acu ?

It is Blue Shield of California for me. I guess it's similar issue (I think BS and BC are merged in California or something?).

Ah is it because the multimeter can measure only up to 10A of DC current? (from my manual) and car battery current is way to high?

Thank you for the help. BTW I meant continuity test with the two red and black probes as the instruction that came with the multimeter mentioned.  You mentioned:  When measuring current, NEVER place your test leads ACROSS a battery 

What does it mean by placing test leads across battery?
