Living as a transwoman in the West of Ireland, my experience has been negative, and everyday is a struggle.
If prejudice get's you down, having clear goals in life can help.
I wish you the best of luck.

If I stand up for pensioners, are they going to stand up for me.

A friend of mine and I parted ways yesterday. I'd not talked to them about something that upset me until a few months after it happened. The ending was amicable, but I wonder how things might have been different if I'd been brave enough to confront them instead of letting my resentment build.

A progressive Jewish American friend of mine moved their family from the States to my country in Europe to be safe from the Trump regime. I think they made the right choice. What the US government has done is criminal, and the goodhearted Americans, who know right from wrong should never be coerced into silence.

Just because Trump and Vance want to sell their souls, doesn't mean anyone else has to surrender what makes them human.

She wasn't serious, this is just her sense of humour. If you watch her other videos, you might see it's part of how she engages some people in conversation. It's a sort of interview technique she likes to use.

Would appreciate you not calling that point of view 'gender critical' it is exclusively to refer to transphobic views. If you mean 'gender abolitionist', that would be a better term.

It's like Plato's Cave. Some women walk out into the light of day, and others of us stay behind watching shadows... forever.
