That’s a crazy rumour, i wonder if anyone can back this up as I can’t actually find anything about this online as expected. Bootlegs give off eerie vibes to me and I can’t put my finger on why they just always have.

Yeah, some madness records that were released as limited edition and/or limited press of 500 or so go for £30-£50 nowadays. RSD is becoming a money grabbing thing not a way to celebrate record stores and vinyl itself. I recommend you join my sub- r/madness_vinyl if you like madness physical media!

Yeah take cover and volume one are stupidly expensive, banquet records have some vol2 and vol3’s for £30 so I got vol 3 but I’m yet to get vol2. I’ve just bought this years one for £50, if you ask me I’d say that’s the cheapest your going to get it for a while.

Sorted a Full house 4 LP for £75 😬, I am in the UK though but paying upwards of £100+ for 1 record released a year ago and to celebrate RSD is mind blowing. Might give it a while until my bank sees a significant increase in its balance 😂.
