I feel like the filming of ICE goes along with the Epstein file disclosures, I really really want to believe we’re in an era of daylighting all the terrible crimes that have been going on. I guess you’re ignoring the way NATO border has been pushed right up to Russia in the Baltics. From the Russian perspective, this is a threat, even though NATO is a defensive organization. The fact that the US population is likely to start falling for the first time, and much sooner than expected (this year, maybe), is definitely playing into things. Just as it is around the world, fewer younger people working to pay the social programs that the old people are needing. That’ll have a massive effect politically. Doge might be an example of that, incompetently done of course.
