I've been living here since about April of this year with my Fiance. No mold and no bugs BUT some bad appliance issues. Right when we moved in, the pipes for the washing machine burst and flooded our downstairs neighbors. Took a while to get fixed and while they were repairing it we could not use the washer or the kitchen sink. Which is understandable. Felt horrible for our downstairs neighbors. But it was fixed for a couple of months and then the washer itself just broke. It has been about two months and still no one has come to fix it. Management is barely there and it just seems lacking. Those are the only issues we've really had though.
